WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

My prices are all listed on my website and are dependent on design. If you are looking for a bespoke commission I will quote according to your finger size, design and metal. 

DO YOU DO CREST/SEAL ENGRAVING?

YES! The price of this is highly dependant on the head size of the signet ring and the complexity of the engraving. this is fully done by hand with me (not laser unless requested) so is a massive labour of love.

This service is priced accordingly and starts at approximately £350+ on top of the prices you see of plain signet rings on my website.

For accurate quotes please share with me a picture of the seal/crest via email or social media DM.

WILL YOU MAKE A RING THE EXACT SAME AS A REFERENCE PICTURE I HAVE?

Unless it is a ring I have designed and made I won’t directly copy another designer or jewellery design. I can use any image references you have as design inspiration so please share these when you enquire. 

WHAT METAL & STONES DO YOU USE?

I work in 925 Sterling Silver, 9ct/14ct/18ct Yellow, Rose & White Gold & Platinum only. I do not offer gold plated rings as these are not suitable for everyday wear. 

I only work with durable stones such as Sapphires and Diamonds. I can work with other gemstones on request such as Emeralds but they are not as strong and therefore are not recommended for everyday wear. 

DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?

Yes! However I cannot ship to the EU or Northern Ireland unfortunately due to new laws. For my American baddies- I am still shipping to you <3

International shipping is chargeable and quote can be provided based on your address. Prices are £80 which includes private insurance.

PLEASE KINDLY NOTE I DO NOT COVER IMPORT DUTIES/TAXES/TARIFFS these will be chargeable to you and will be invoiced pre/post postage accordingly. By shipping to you, you are agreeing to these terms!

If you want a ring but are based in the EU/NI I can still create for you and you can arrange shipping to a friend or family  in the UK or country I am able to ship to or we can arrange postage if you are coming to the UK for a trip. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE?

It is wholly dependant your design but usually 4-8 weeks.

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept almost all payment methods including ClearPay. 

I do not accept PayPal or Venmo.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately I do not offer returns or refunds on any of my made to order or custom/bespoke pieces as they have been made specially for you to your requirements. 

This also applies to any deposits which are non-refundable/non-exchangeable as they cover time for designing, CAD designing and other associated costings. 

DO YOU HAVE A GUARANTEE?

Yes, all my pieces carry a manufacturing guarantee meaning if your piece has an issue, I will cover the repair/replacement costs. However I do not cover wear and tear or accidental damage including stone loss resulting from this. 

Jewellery can very easily be repaired and replacement so if you notice any damage/issues please stop wearing your piece and content me immediately so I can assist. 

DO YOU WORK WITH HEIRLOOM METAL AND JEWELLERY? 

Yes, on a case by case basis but is very dependent on the metal and stones/jewellery you have. 

Remodelling with metal is super labour intensive and very skilled so prices will be significantly higher than what is on my website and I would need to quote accordingly. 

I can craft simple bands much easier and cheaper than signet rings from heirloom metal as they require a different process. 

I can use sentimental stones in my pieces but I would need to unset them in order to confirm I am able to work with them.

DO YOU DO WEDDING RINGS & ENGAGEMENT RINGS?

YES!! I absolutely adore doing engagement rings & wedding bands and I hope to have engagement ring/wedding ring collections in the near, but not so distant future.

HOW DO I ORDER A 1/2 SIZE?

Simply select the closest size when adding the product to your basket and add to the notes section at check out the 1/2 size you need.

Alternatively you can email me and I can provide an invoice instead stating your size. 

DO YOU OFFER FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENTS?

Yes I do! I spend most of my time in South West London and occasionally central Manchester if you’d like to to arrange a face to face design appointment/collection.

Alternatively I offer Zoom & phone call appointments if you are remote.

WHAT IS A CAD DESIGN?

CAD stands for Computer Aided Design and is a software that allows me to create a fully accurate, 3D, 360 degree design of your jewellery which is then printed and cast into your chosen metal.

For bespoke commissions, I will always share the CAD design or you to approve before I begin making. 

HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR JEWELLERY?

My jewellery is brought to life by a mixture of CAD design and hand finishing. CAD is considered a modern way to crate jewellery and is my preferred method for my design style which is very clean and sharp.

It has taken years to refine and craft durable jewellery and timeless pieces via the 3D CAD design method I use. 

My CAD design is printed in 3D then cast into your metal of choice, always hand finished to a polished or matte finish. If you opt for stone and engraving these are hand set by specialist stone setters and specialist hand engravers. All my workshops are UK based with some of the leading craftsmen and women in the UK working on your pieces, just for you.

WHAT IS MY RING IS THE WRONG SIZE?

All my rings can be resized. You can take your ring to any reputable local jeweller for a resize or return to me starting at £30 + postage depending on the metal, design and number of sizes. 

IS YOUR JEWELLERY JUST FOR WOMEN?

Not at all! My jewellery is for everyone. I make to any finger size and dimensions.

I NEED THE PIECE QUICKER THAN YOUR LEAD TIME, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Please contact me to discuss how quickly and I will see what I can do. A lot is out of my control but I am able to make quicker on occasions. For rushed jobs there is an uplift in price due to the additional postage costs associated if I can facilitate.

AM I LQBTQ+ & DISABILITY FRIENDLY?

Without a doubt, yes! From same sex engagement rings and wedding bands to disability friendly access to my work I am able to accommodate your needs as best as I can.
