Refund policy

Please keep in mind when purchasing that this is a small business therefore most of our pieces are made to order. 

If you would like any additional information or photos of the pieces before you purchase, please drop me an email to alexandrafinchjewellery@gmail.com.

PLEASE KINDLY NOTE: If you have purchased a "made to order", bespoke or customised piece of jewellery I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on these pieces as they are made to order, per customer, to your specifications. 

I only accept returns for a refund up to 14 days after the purchase date. Jewellery must be unworn and returned in it's original box and packaging. Please kindly note that I can not offer a refund any original postage costs or the return postage costs. You are welcome to return any pieces to me, in person, to save on delivery. Anything returned after this period is up will receive a credit note that is valid for 1 year.

We do not currently offer exchanges, however if you would like to arrange to purchase a different item please contact me @ alexandrafinchjewellery@gmail.com or purchase straight from the website once you have returned your previous order.

Please always return items tracked and insured for with a reliable postal service as I do not cover the cost of the returns postage and I am not responsible for items that go missing or are damaged in the post on the way back.

This does not not affect your statutory rights.
