At Alexandra Finch Jewellery, every piece is lovingly designed and crafted in the UK. I take pride in the craftsmanship and design of every ring I create. Every ring is brought to life and is made to wear daily for life.

Manufacturing Warranty

All of my rings are covered by my manufacturing warranty. Should a fault arise due to a manufacturing defect, I will assess and repair your piece free of charge.

Ring Resizing

I understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes require a little adjustment.

Silver rings: Resizing starts from £40 + postage

Gold Rings: Complimentary resizing up or down by two ring sizes. Additional sizes are quoted accordingly

Resizing is subject to the design, if the ring needs to be re-engraved I will let you know prior along with a quote. I will always advise you of any limitations before proceeding.

Wear & Tear

General wear and tear, accidental damage and damage caused by improper care are not covered under our manufacturing warranty. Loving your jewellery hard can lead to scuffs, dents & nicks, all of which are normal wear and tear.

I am always happy to help restore your AFJ jewellery to bring it back to it's shiny new form.

Any repairs required, deemed due to wear and tear, will be charged at my labour costs only plus any additional postage charges & taxes.

I never profit from your mishaps but I'm always here with a helping hand to fix them.

All repairs and resizing must be assessed before work begins. Any additional costs, where applicable, will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

My warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
